• We ship worldwide free above $105 / €100. All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

  United States: 3–5 days express / 8–12 days standard

  South Korea: 3–7 days express / 6–8 days standard

  United Arab Emirates: 3–7 days express / 8–12 days standard

  Thailand: 3–7 days express / 8–12 days standard

  Rest of World: 9–12 days standard

2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide, except for certain islands and remote regions. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our support team before placing an order.

3. Shipping Costs

• Free shipping is available for orders over $105 / €100 / £100.
• Orders below this threshold may be subject to a standard shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are determined by your local customs office. Louvelle is not responsible for any additional fees that may apply.

6. Delays & Lost Packages
