1. Returns & Refunds
At Louvelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Free from any damage, stains, or alterations.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items marked as final sale.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@louvelle.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
