At Louvelle, we take pride in the quality of our garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be returned in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted
How to Initiate a Return
Returns are initiated through our online return portal, accessible via our website.
Once available, customers will be able to:
- Submit a return request directly online
- Select a refund or exchange (where applicable)
- Receive return instructions and updates digitally

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by Louvelle, unless otherwise stated.
Please follow the instructions provided through our return system to ensure your return reaches the correct warehouse. We are not responsible for returns sent without authorization or outside the return system.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange and the item is available, we will ship the replacement once the original item has been received and approved.
If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
